WotLK Graphical changes reset every launch

I tried searching multiple words to find a similar topic, so I apologise if this is a already answered question...

But as the above, every time I launch WotLK the graphics and resolution resets to default, is this normal?

If you are seeding the torrent delete it. Also right click on the wow folder, go to properties and remove the "read only" option, hit apply and then ok.
This should fix it.
