Hey I could really need help with a missbuy

Hey I would really like to talk to a MOD, I did an embarressing mistake and bought my two handed ilvl277 sword on my druid alt instead of my DK.

I cant send missbuy ticket, because the Item I bought is not listed in the: ITEM SELECTION
So therefore I cant create the MISUY.

The item was sent and recieved on my druid Smellygoat. I also took out the sword -Wrathful Gladiator's Claymore- out of the mailox so may it would appear in the ITEM SELECTION menu in the MISUY ticket.

Anyway, I've sent a GENERAL ENQUIRY TICKET where I said a short version of the above

This is on the WotLK Icecrown server, Alliance

I'm not sure why you couldn't open an item misbuy ticket, it sounds like this all happened before the 24 hour deadline, but I believe it can be sorted out through that general inquiry.
