WotLK Missing character and error creating one

Hello! A lot of time ago i played in icecrown...
I'm missing a character and cannot even create one..
Also for some reason i cant create a ticket .. The only availble option was ban appeal meanwhile it said the ban was invalid?

do not use hair style from WoD models to avoid "error creating character"

The problem was an addon... Got to create a character... Thanks for the help!
