Technical clicked windowed mode now i cant see anything

first of all sorry if this is in the wrong spot im not the best with forums

I tried to put the game into windowed mode and now the game is still fullscreen and only showing black every time I launch I looked at the config file but did not see anything mentioning a fullscreen/windowed setting i could just be blind or impatient
