Pandaria cant go to pandaria

hello i was hitting lv 85 with my paladin (hord) - Bloodlady and i make an mistake to acapt an q for pandaria.
I get to the flying ship in ogrimar that can bring me to pandaria and it is not working the q line.... When i use the portal to pandaria there ane no npc-s or any monsters.. so please fix thet problem that i can go to pandaria

This is a phase bug, you must complete the quest to solve it. Rejection of the quest doesn't work (I hadn't the problem, but a friend. He could complete the quest somehow and the phasing ended)
