Want to report someone using bot to level up/farm

How can i do it? I requested a ticket a few days ago but no answer so far. This guy is insane, he is doing it 24hs a day, nonstop.

1st get some evidence, video or screenshots.

2nd make in-game ticket. Include in the ticket:
Their name, time & date, evidence (links) and brief info about situation.

3rd wait for ticket to be answered.
