Cross faction

new here, quick question: is the server cross faction? I saw in the "pve ladder" the guild Udba have horde and alliance?

so is this server cross faction? or is the armoury broken?

no, there is no crossfaction.
Udba guild is not active anymore so those players moved to Horde ( by using Faction change feature)
