Looking for Members/Officers/Raid Lead. Majority of guild is 5.8k+ already!

I have a fairly new guild <Top Flight Security>

We are already booming at the moment, peaking at 25 active players online at once. These are NOT random recruits!!! every one I invited is hand recruited. They all are fully dedicated, Active, and aware of this guild's mission. Most are 5.8k + . some guys are BiS and extremely interested in getting this show started. This is a semi casual guild meaning you won't be attacked for missing a few events. They are however highly recommended and so is moderate engagement with your guild mates. Raid Teams if you wish to join will have stricter rules. Times are being discussed.


The Goal:

This guild is about 80% pvp 20% PvE.


For PvP: We have events every Friday/Saturday for Casual premades and wPVP. All of them being listed on the calendar so that everyone is constantly aware of what the guild is up too.

For PvE: I'm looking to get a raid team going as soon as possible. We have a lot of guys ready to go in full PvE sets


Officer Positions:


PvP:

Warchief Positions are open ,there are some guys showing interest. Being Warchief will require minimum 5.9k gs 10k honorable kills. If you have alts where I can verify talent it will be considered. This position will be responsible for planning PvP events as well as recruiting top tier guys to join our ranks. if you like to duel in durotar that's a huge + but won't ruin chances if you don't (real pvp'ers know what I mean /wink)

PvE:

I am missing a raid leader. I can do this myself but, as a guild leader having someone that excels specifically on this will be less strenuous while I manage our overall health on a 24/7 basis. Minimum 5.5k (preferably 6K+) gs and full knowledge of the raiding scene in WotlK is mandatory. You must also be fairly active player. I'm considering having 2 raid leads to take the pressure off of one guy but if you think you can handle it solo that would be golden!
