Not getting premium even after donation

Hello, today i've tried to sell one of my characters in the market, and got the message that my account wasn't eligible to do so, which is strange since i've donated via mobile before to not get any queue while logging in, and my account has the authenticator for quite some time now.
After some research, i've found some threads saying quite different things on what is needed, and why people got the same message as me:
One of them stated that, to use the trading system your donation rank should be Premium, and to get that you should donate atleast once. Since i've donated before, i think that isn't the problem, but the donation rank showing in "my account" is only regular, and not premium that could be the issue.
Since one of the threads i've looked up said that i should e-mail you guys if my account wasn't ranked Premium, even after donation, here it goes.
I'd like to know if it is a bug. or if ive overlooked some detail as why i cant use the website trading system.

If you have donated, your account should be premium and you should be able to sell on trade section. Send an email to [email protected].
