Looking for my old characters, I noticed that all my characters are gone and was curious why? I notice I have level 80 boosts on this account, but can't find the characters. Any ideas?

You can try to make a support ticket on website here or send an email to [email protected]. But I don't know if they will be able to restore your characters.
