Can't run the game, pandaria

Hello, i have some trouble with running the game. I download from the seit, i set the realmlist but nothing happen. After dobble cliking the icon WOW this was appear 'Data/enGB/wow-update-enGB-18273.MPQ: World of Warcraft can’t make a required change to an archive file. Be sure you have write permission for the World of Warcraft folder or try running the game in administrator mode. For more information, see: https://battle.net/support/article/6910' . Right click on folder (wow.exe), properties, then general, read-only by attributes, deactivate this field.

Then right click on folder wow.exe, activate as administrator

(english isn't my main language, it could be a bit different)
