hey there i've been trying to lower my rep with Booty bay (for Bloodsail's achievement) and noticed that the guards no longer lower my rep when i kill them for some reason only special npcs with long respawn time lower my rep, was it always like that or is it a bug currently? cause i sort of remember that killing Gadgaztan's guards would lower your rep
