Hey, I recently came back after few years, my old realm ragnaros was merged but I lost characters with merge and they're not on icecrown.
Can I get them back?

Thanks, sadly I don't have premium account even though I invested some amount of money.
Hopefully it will be resolved well, but sadly all my character names are taken now :(

I'm not sure if they can restore your chars (because of a long period after merging), but the names are likely reserved by other ppl because you were inactive;)
