so i donated a while ago and i have 2 factor authentification active for around 4 days now but now i get the "ou are not eligible to sell via the trading system." error. I tried to sell some gold for coins

Did anyone encounter something similar? Or knows what I can do?

it says "Donation rank: Regular" but i thought i read in this post http://forum.warmane.com/showthread.php?t=307442 that i only need to donate 10$ to get premium rank? so did i do something wrong? :( Or did i just miss something...

Any donation should give premium status. If you donated and didn't get it, send an email to [email protected].

I forgot to write yesterday that some payments have fees for their services. It's correct that you donated 10$ but a part of that money was used as transaction fee and you didn't reach the 10$ linit at Warmane.

There is no 10$ limit. Any donation gives premium status, even 1 euro donations, which are available with some donation methods.

After Outland was released, there were ppl with a donation below 10$ and they couldn't skip the queue. I could remember that there was a talk of a minimum donation by 10$ respectively 10 coins (to reach premium).

Maybe the system has still this limit (I never tested it)

Thx for the information. I always thought that Premium rank=trading items=skipping queues=at least 10$ donated, but it seems these 2 are different. And I'm not the only who was confused after I read some old threads and this:

One-time donation awards a permanent Premium Membership.
Donating $10.00 awards 10 Coins by default

A: No, you are able to use the trade system so long as your account is of premium rank or higher.

Yes I read old threads atm and all people have the same missunderstanding that you must be premium to skip queues and trade on marketplace. I think that even the staff is confused about the issue and all the ppl have the "Premium rank"-problems because of this.

Perhaps the restriction has been since rescinded. If so, I haven't been informed of it.
