WotLK "Advertising" ban

My account was banned due to advertising. I can only assume that this must be a mistake, because I do not advertise anything.
Last time i was playing before 19h was leveling shaman and enjoying the game. Today when i tried to login i found message Your IP Address (109.163.234.141) has been terminated due to Advertising. Last seen: 10 hours ago from 109.163.234.141 and i wasn't online like i said 19hrs. I dont know is it my account hacked or something else, also im not expert for this IP address, not sure are they changing but this is not my IP address. I just want to continue playing on this server so can some1 pls check this issue. my account name is zbunjoza

Btw you should change yorr password and enable 2 step auth on your acc as fast as possible;)

im already sent mail to that address, just opened topic here to be sure that i will get answer.
yeah if they remove my ban i'll put better pass because the one which i put was like uber easy to brake.
But im new player here didnt think i will stay log time but i like this server so i changed my mind about staying for longer time xD

First thx to warmane team for fast respond and removing my ban. Now funny part
Im entered account after ban was removed checked account is there missing any stuff then i started playing on my only level 80 and that is rogue. Person who hacked my account made over my sap macro some text for selling gold coins etc. after i press sap in battle i received instantly ban again
