WotLK Just started playing, keep crashing now that I'm in cities?

I just started playing on a private server today, and could have messed something up? I have no idea. But anyways, I have been playing for about an hour, make my way to stormwind, crash once I get into trade district, okay lets try again, log back in, take a few steps, crash again. Okay lets try AGAIN, log in, server is down. Go to another blackrock, make a character, walk around in shat for 5 seconds and crash again. This time I looked at the crash report and it says "Failed to read file Character\Human\Male\HumanMaleFaceUpper17_05_HD.bl p." Any help here?

There is something wrong with your WoW client. Downloading it again should fix it.
