WotLK Banned for no Reason.

I was banned for Ninja looting in Dungeons, it would all be okay if I broke this rule, but I swear I did not take any item from Dungeon, I played FOS regular, but I started to get nervous in chat because we all died in a moment when I was dead I was kicked out of the party, I just returned to the portal to get it respawn and I went back in the back, please understand what happened to me.

You can make a ban appeal using support system on website here. But those tickets are lowest priority and take around 1 week, which is usually longer than a ban for ninja looting in dungeons.

Your ninja incident might have happened before, least a day before. Rather than the day you got banned.
I see you're wearing few tank items, specially your belt. Cuz if you needed that when you were DPS... The ban is justified.
