Technical Previous Molten wow account

I had played on the old molten wow servers and purchased in game gold. With that purchase my account was supposed to never be deleted. how do i get my stuff back?

all characters went lost around january 2015, after that players were able to recover only their account ( no characters inside)
It is too late to recover your old Molten account as far as I know but you may try to contact [email protected] as last chance
