Technical My Ip was banned for no reason !

Hello there!
Some time ago I wasn’t able to log into the game. I did log into to account on warmane.com to see that my IP was banned for advertising. I never advertised both in game and on the forum. I thought that maybe I logged into a banned IP. The thing is that I’m using mobile internet which makes my IP alternating. All I did was resetting the router which helped me with logging into the game, everything seemed fine. Only lately I wanted to buy something online on warmane so I’ve tried to log in but the ban on the website account is still there.
Could you please help me with fixing that issue? What should I do to unban the account?
