after a few weeks, it changed to another item for spell caster.

Need help.
Additionally, items, in-game or out, each have an unique ID that cannot really change without being influenced by enchants (which add onto that ID rather than alter it). With that said, in all likelihood, you just purchased the wrong item and forgot about it so my advice is to pay more mind as to whether the item you are buying is in-fact the one you actually want.
