Technical donating issue

I tried donating for coins a coupld days back $100 infact but it said transation failed of something and i looked at my bank account today and it says you guys took my money for the coins yet i havent recieved my coins, please give a refund or get in contact with me asap

If it said that transaction failed, the money should be automatically returned to you in about 1 week. Paymentwall is randomly rejecting payments. If you still want to donate, use prepaid cards like Paysafecard or Mint if those payment methods are available for you on donation window or contact Paymentwall support.
