Burning Crusade Unlocalized totem names

Hello!

Strange localization bug occured. When i spawn my totems, I have localized and unlocalized names of the totems. For example, when I spawn Tremor Totem, it has localized name Тотем Трепета in russian. But when i spawn other totems with higher levels, e.g. Healing Stream Totem III - it has English name. Oddly enough that only Fire Nova III Totem is a high-lvl totem with postfix that have Russian name.

Is it a server-side or client-side? Thanks in advance.

P.S. Spellbook and spells in it are localized, each totem and other spell.
