I'm having two issues with two-factor authentication:
- When login requests my code either on the site or in-game, the code I receive in my email is often already expired. Or when in-game i'm already disconnected. And I'm not talking about minutes here, this is often literally after 15-30 seconds.
- I constantly have to you use the two-factor authentication as apparently it seems to reset or either forget my IP-adress after 1 or 2 days. I do switch between 2 locations daily.
Is this supposed to be like this or am I experiencing some bug?

I'm experiencing this as well, since 40 minutes ago.
Normally, it takes 5-10 seconds. Right Now, it's 5-7 minutes and the game just disconnected
So, I can't play right now too, after coming back home saying "Finally!!! A Time Off !" :(
Seems like the issue is with the server right now.
Hope they'll fix it soon.

same here. i login to game (ice crown realm) - and get auto disconnected since i haven't received a single authentication code at my gmail. Tried 4 times till now, still no authentication code. Whereas i log in my a/c on website and instantly got the code.

This is being checked, it does seems there's an issue happening, but I don't have information on if it's something on our end or elsewhere.
About the initial post...
It records your last used IP to authenticate. If you keep changing locations, and hence likely IP, you will have to keep re-authenticating, yes.

Edifice checked and it isn't on the server's end, so there isn't much to be done besides wait and try now and then to see if the issue on the authenticator's side solves itself.
