Pandaria Shaman converted into a Mage

Dears,

I have converted all my Neltharion characters to a Pandaria server. Nearly each conversions were successful except one.
The one which was previously on Neltharion a shaman, was converted into a Mage without any of its items/professions, well without anything which I had on my previous character. His nickname is "Linsey".
I wonder if it is a good way to report this, but I hope someone here will be able to help me recover this error
