Burning Crusade Problem with binds

Hi I have a problem with binds every time I log on to my char i have binds that i never set up,they don't work I click for example ctrl-F1 and nothing happens.I tried to change them but it doesn't help and they disappear if I turn off the game. Tried reinstall,deleting cache folder and wtf folder too, don't have any addons.
