IP ban due to advertisement

Hi,
I found that my account is banned because: Your IP Address (217.146.29.69) has been terminated due to Advertising. I cannot even create tickets for assistance.

I use to use Freedome vpn to navigate with a higher level of security, but I don't use it when I'm going to play. But last day I forgot to turn it off and apparently the IP that the vpn provided to me was banned. So now I cannot use any service of my account.

I hope the staff can fix this issue. It's unfair that the account is banned when I've never posted any ad.
