[ANSWERED]Transfer Off Icecrown server?

Hi, I don't see an option in the store to transfer off Icecrown server. It's high population (which is good) but there's a queue to get in over an hour long. I'd like to go to a less populated server. How do I do that? I followed the FAQ on server transfers but it didn't show the option I was looking for.
