Character stuck

Hello,

I am playing a warrior and wanted to do the "the islander" warrior quest but when i accepted the following quest my game froze and i couldnt even alt-f4, I need to hard reset my PC and when I tried to log back it froze again. I tried to unstuck character here on page but it says my character must be offline even though I have my game shut down. Can you somehow unstuck me different way?

edit: i could finally unstuck but im afraid to try the quest again (playing on outland) so i dont get stuck again, is the quest working or is it just me?
