WotLK banned for no reason!

I've been banned before 2 days for : Disrupting gameplay

i open ticket at Nov 6/2018

until now 2 days later and after 2 reminders and still waiting some information about my ban

is this is so hard ? easy to ban , hard to explain the reason for ban ?

You don't have to keep replying to your ticket. You just have to wait til you get a reply. It usually takes from a few hours to 2-3 days.
