WotLK Lost a bunch of mail due to forgetting to open it in time..

Hi yall.. is there a way guys from support could help me out on this ? I would really really appreciate it..

I did send a ticket and just like every time I get a response saying: "Unfortunately we are unable to assist you with your issue as we do not provide support for such cases"..
I considered donating soon but these kinda things make me quit wow on this great server.. player support literally didn't help me out not even once here ..

Lost items can only be restored if they were purchased with coins. In almost all other cases there is no support for that. Exceptions are items like Ashen Verdict ring and shaman totems, which are usually fixed by resetting quests. So there is no support for your case.

i love how people that have issues always throw in the fact that they were "planning" to donate soon, as if that sole fact is going to make them do something for you that they don't do.

next time don't let mail sit for a MONTH and you won't lose stuff.
