I donated through Amazon (Paymentwall) on a friends account to grant him premium membership.
The payment has been processed and a receipt has been sent to me by email from both Amazon and Paymentwall.
I have also confirmed that money has been deducted from my credit card, yet no coins have been added to his account.
Sequentially, he is still stuck in infinite queues. Needless to say, this needs to be investigated.
Please advise on further steps to solve this issue.
