WotLK Recover account from molten wow to warmane

Hello Warmane Support Team

After Molten's wipe, I created a Paladin and spent coins/points refund to buy some items (Feb 2015). After that, I quit WoW for 3 years. I've just decided to back playing WoW again from this week, but the Paladin I created and all coins and points were gone. In fact, I've just known that Molten changed its name to Warmane. I've tried to create a ticket but only ban appeal is supported.
Is there a solution to get my Paladin and my coins/points back?
