Technical Game not saving graphic setup

I hope i'm posting this in the right location. I'm having an issue that I've never had before with any client and i'm not sure how to fix it, so I came here for help. Everytime I launch the wrath version of the game, my graphic settings are reset to default, which it is rather annoying to have to set it up everytime I open the game. Is there something i'm missing that would cause this issue?

right click wow folder, click properties, uncheck read only at bottom, click apply, click ok. close window. settings should save.

Same issue here, I downloaded 3.3.5a (new models) and I already tried to move it from torrent folder to Desktop or Documents or Programs Files etc, already tried to delete CACHE and WTF folder and to uncheck READ ONLY but this one re-check itself and everything graphic settings + cinematic at every launch.

Did i missed something ?
