WotLK Downloaded the WOTK client with new models but cant get new models to show?

Sorry if this has been asked, but I've looked in other forums and only able to find downloads to external links offering HD textures, which I've also downloaded to no avail.

Any help would be greatly appreciated..do i need to enable them somehow?

you do not need to do anything if you have download Warmane Wotlk client with WoD/legion model.

Weird...thats the one I downloaded but ive got vanilla models..
