WotLK Character recovery

Hello dear board i am here to tell you my problem about my character.I have create 1 or 2 characters not sure for second one. I have played on Icecrown server and I have played on Warmane 3-4 years if i am not wrong with my predictions. But my problem is I create one character Payna who played most time and remembered on my mind since i stopped playing on Warmane because of studies.So i back now after 1 year and my character is removed from account but character-Payna exist on armory but not on my account why? I wrote to warmane email they told me which ip is created account character is the same as mine i mean it's same ip address i haven't changed.But they didn't helped me enough to back up my character to play agian on Icecrown they told about restoration tool i should do but i am not sure when i stop to playing does even that tool was released on site.So now i wrote again one more message to them 4 days ago but with no answer. Is there any way and solution to back up my character after 1-2 year ago no activity to play again this is unfair decision from them what doing to old school players who spend a lot time on this server...

If the char isn't on your account anymore, then it's likey that someone could have hacked you and sold the char (or you shared the acc). That's maybe the key why they asked you about ip.

I can't say what happened. A restoration is only possible for chars which are deleted within 30 days, but this char is neither deleted nor it's within 30 days. If you never did a back-up, it's difficult to restore that char.

Try to write them again, give them infos as much as possible: Acc name, ips, chars on it and so on.

If you have access to your acc, look at "last seen", if someone else was active on your acc.

Edit: "History" shows traded chars too

https://imgur.com/a/c8RdBtG There you go my friend i just cut my ip address for security.How to explain you when i stop to playing on server i do not knows about restoration tool now when i back after 1 year ago check on armory Payna you will see my recently activity.If i stop playing on server and deleted character he will not exist on armory.I know my account name and password i have access to them i give information about them to warmane but they do not even tried to understand my situation.I do not know how to explain you my data is deleted from them and i have no my character to my account.
So have any solution to playing again old character or i must again from 0 how i said before i played 3-4 years before but my prediction is close enough i played 2 years so now i cannot playing again...
