WotLK Name is ''unavailable''

Good day. I'd like to apologize because I'm most likely wrtining in a wrong support secion but cannot find another.
After a long time I returned to Warmane, I havent been active during the period of my absence and forgot my previous account's password, username and e-mail. Once I returned I wanted to make a new account but wasn't able to do so because the mail verification didnt accure for quite a long period of time, so I made another one but had to change up the name since it was shown as unavailable and or taken, account name which im talking about is ''_______'', could you be so king to rename THIS current account to one pervously mentioned _________.

There is one simmilar problem, once I made a test character I named him Kromakhum, I deleted him once I finished testing what needed to be tested but once I wanted to make a new character which I plan on playing in long terms, the name Kromakhum wasnt available... that simply cannot be since no one is using is, I only used it once and deleted the said character... could you please do something regarding that problem.

The account name has to be different to your forum name, maybe this was the reason why it was shown as unavailable. If the name is used by another acc (of yours or somebody else) then you can't do anything. The name can't be resetted after the account is created.

It's likely that your second account (after your returning) has the name ________ now. If you know your ip and your acc name/also your mail, you can write [email protected] for a restoration of your second account. To change account names isn't possible.
