Hi.

I've been having an issue with my latency in icecrown for a few days; I've logged into blackrock and things are normal there. My latency is constantly very high ( between 10k and 30k) for the past two days. If there are any similar issues like mine, there must be some way to fix this, and if so, i'd like some help with it.
