Technical Account doesnt get unban even tho i got hacked?

Well my account got hacked a few weeks ago and now after sometime and emailing i got it back
HOWEVER, now it is banned and i tried to do an unban appeal but i got this
"You were found to be receiving large amount of Gold & Items from accounts that clearly don't belong to you / directly associated with such activity.

This ban will not be lifted due to the malicious nature of the infraction."

I can understand that someone gets banned for thiefing but since my account is banned i was not even involved in this
I mean you could check the IP adresses etc
I don't need any gold or any times i just want my old characters back. I played here since 2010 and i really dont want to leave this server

Is there anyone who can help me out or has similar experience? This is really depressing

You can make new ban appeal every 30 days. There is nothing else you can do.

Consider enabling 2 step authentication to make sure it doesn't happen again.

Well so i have to wait 30 days and can try again?
Yea i had one but had to remove it because my app bugged somehow
pretty sad
