    hello I can not get into my account yesterday all day I played i think it is from this Authenicator .... 100 times i dust new code and i can not get in changed i changed the password to try and again does not get what the problem please help me

    There's only a small window where you can put it in, if you wish to turn it off go to My Account> Security.
