WotLK Banned for no reason

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone could help me out. Yesterday I was casually levelling my engineering and I assumed that I had DC'd. To my surprise I was suspended for "ninja looting". I was stunned and surprised by this as I've never ninja looted and was wondering where this was from.

The only recent dungeon that I had done was Halls of Reflection HC when Marwyn dropped the Healing trinket and Suspiciously soft gloves (cloth).
So I needed both of these items for my priest 4.5K gearscore. The other 4 members were all plate wearers. I won both the items with my need rolls but my bag space was full so the items remained on the corpse (took me a while to realise). So I emptied two slots in my bag and picked up the two items that I had WON with a fair roll. This is the only dungeon I can think off that I did recently, I am absolutely confused as to why I'm banned for this?
I'm also disappointed that I can only claim 0.5 points a day now rather than my usual 1 a day.
I am genuinely an honest player and have been with this server for 7 years. I just want my account back.

Any advice would be appreciated.

It kills me every time I see a post here titled "I've been banned for no reason" and there's a sticky RIGHT THERE that says "Help! I've been hacked/banned for no reason!"

On another note, were you healing? If you were DPSing and needed on the healing ring then that would constitute ninja looting, but particularly so if a paladin greeded on it for offspec.
