I saw someone advertising global chat selling 150+ coins, so I messaged him, and asked him if I can buy $20 worth of coins through PayPal, I sent it as goods and services for my safety, and welp I got scammed, I already opened a dispute and whatever, just wondering if theres a spot for me to report the guy that scammed me.

To the best of my knowledge, it is absolutely illegal to sell coins. As far as buying goes, I don't know if that can be traced via coin gifting since anyone can gift anyone coins... But answer yourself this: Is it acceptable to buy an Apple PC off a street vendor in Budapest for 50$? What you are getting is likely not an apple product, you get scammed out of your money and you can't quite complain to apple for the purchase nor hold the vendor accountable since he just changed streets / account / character's name making him untraceable. There also exist the chance of you getting in trouble as well but I cannot fully confirm that.

Only official Warmane website which allows donations can be used to purchase services via Coins or Points. We don't use other sites, forums, chats (Discord) and we don't offer free Coins on random websites because a fake <GM> said so.
We don't allow any trade of virtual goods for real money be it through forum, chats, game or via 3rd party softwares.
