This is suggestion for the new content for the good reason of crossrealm gearing unbalance. And motivating more players to participate in BG's.
WotLK gearing for PvP is defenitely dated. Players dont have "tools" for basic gearing for BG's.
When WotLK was retail there was plenty of PvP. Today Lordaeron players are mostly here for the retro... ish kicks PvE. All respect for those Elite players who earned here their gear and ratings fair, but defenitely in numbers not enough to populate Alterac Valley premades.. like ever.. not even enough for smaller ones. PvP gearing system is dated. There is many players who don't even play BG's but only arenas (and PvE). New arena implementation isn't change anything for "average" PvP oriented player in Furious/Relentless 5k+ gs here. In worst case players still must face same mmr dropper teams above 1500 rating, and dates will be made for Wintrade as before If arena queue is priorized first for inside Lordaeron. Crossrealm arenas same, low rated Lordaeron teams face HC BiS low rated Icecrown donor teams from first game. Othewords we don't have tools here for gearing decently for basic BG's. I am talking here about not higher than 1800 rating. For basic PvP oriented players chest piece and weapons. It was impossible before crossrealm, it's impossible now. I give my big respect for all you few geared active BG players, but we don't have here enough players anymore for current gearing system. WotLK PvP gearing system is dated in mainly PvE oriented Blizzlike realms.
Suggestion:
Custom content: Rewarding system for Lordaeron Battlegrounds. Earned requirements (for example HK's 20k, 30,k, 60k, 100k) for coin shop. Same shop as Icecrown players have (without requirements)
Progressive BG's and motivation for rewards will make business and players happy, and save WotLK Battlegrounds. EARNED tough requirements for coin shop!
