    Alchemy Elixir quest

    Vendor who sells Elixir of Major defense recipe seems to be bugged and not actually sell it.However,recipe can be found in AH for 1300 gold(god knows how this guy got this recipe).Any suggestions how can I find it and is it even possible to get it normal way?

    People most likely camp the vendor and post it on AH for profit.
    Just take Potion master which is pretty easy or take Transmute master which is just get 4 Primal Mights(fast and expensive). Change Mastery to whatever you want for 150g later.
