I faction changed my warlock from horde to alliance and my flying mount didn't get switched out for the alliance version, but my ground mount worked fine. I also didn't have my thrallmar rep pvp chest switched out for the honor hold pvp chest. What should I do? I don't want to spend 100g to buy a new flying mount. My character name is Goldfrapp, if a GM sees this. I opened a ticket and it hasn't been answered yet.

when you says that your "flying mount did not switch" you mean you have actually lost your fly mount, right? Then open a ticket in-game.
Explain to GM you had 1 ground mount + 1 flying mount and now, after action change, you have only 1 Ground mount

Right, I was not given a gryphon mount but was given a horse mount. And yes, this is TBC.
I posted this because I have never submitted a ticket so I didn't know what the normal wait time was and this might have more visibility? I'll just stick to a ticket next time if I have a problem like this.
