My account has been banned BOT.Yep,4-5 years of work here and there gone for good.
And for what?

From where i come from,i don't wanna bother you too much with this but this is how it goes...
Store and places where i need sometimes to be are about 25-30 minutes from my house and back taking the bus or by a bicycle,its the same cuz of the traffic
Server disconnects at 30 minutes idle i guess?
A friend of mine showed me a cool way that i can stay idle for a little bit more than 30 minutes so i can run to the store without getting myself disconnected.
Its basically a script that presses 'W' letter every 12 seconds or space or anything that you set it up to do,whether its 12 sec or 12 ms doesn't matter you can write whatever you want
Now i read that i'm banned for bot...This script,a mere simple program simpler can't go..i mean even some addons are more useful than this but ok,gets me a permanent ban saying that i violate the rules.Now let me simplify
Somewhere back in my mind i was thinking that 12 ms movement must be scary for other players and i didn't pay attention.The char is basically shaking in one place if u set it at 12 ms
That thing you just read got me a permanent ban,really don't think i deserve it.If this is such a big problem fine,i won't run it,but perma is too harsh on this and i definitely didn't deserve this kind of sh** in my face.I appeal you to check me out again.

Technically what you did was botting even if it did not do anything useful. Addons are allowed because their functionality is limited by WoW client. External programs that press keys without actions from you are not allowed and are considered botting.
You can make a new ban appeal every 30 days. There is nothing else that you can do.

Getting perma banned on a technicality? Thats a fine way to go.I'm going one more ban appeal 20 days from now,if that doesn't help,i'm backing my boys off of this,because the amount of time i brought to this to get banned like this,the weight is not even close.

Technicality? You used a script for your character to do something on your behalf. Perhaps you should've donated just once, so you wouldn't have to worry about getting idle kick.

I won't appeal anymore because now i get the idea where my ban lies,in the money,and after this i'm sure af that im not donating nothing to this,

This caught my attention, because it sounded just way far fetched. So I asked Support about the case.
Your ban had nothing to do with using "anti-afk scripts." A ban for something like that would be short, not a permanent one. What got you banned was actual botting. And not botting reported by a player that you could try to weasel out saying it was a "mistake" - the Head GM witnessed you botting and issued the ban himself.
