Good evening Warmane Staff,

My account has been hacked, someone has changed the email address and activated the Two Factor Authentication. I was fortunate enough to log into the email and notice the email which was saying that I can revert the changes by clicking some link which I did and after the I changed the password I managed to recover my account.
I logged ingame to find out that someone was playing my characters, messing around with items, gold, bank, left the guild and joined some russian one etc.
I noticed all my friends are deleted, and there is only one added - I was talking to this person, and I am not sure if this is the guy who hacked me, the friend of this person, or someone who has no idea on whats going on. The conversation with him/her was strange - I have everything screenshoted if needed.
Also, in the account activity log there is a mention of the IP address that has done the changes - it is a Russian one.
I have written the email to [email protected] with a brief information that the account has been hacked,

Please let me know what the staff can do here in order to check whether the IP is the same as the person on my friends list I was talking to.
Also, are there any steps that are recommended after account has been hacked?

@EDIT - Also, it looks like the person logged into my account, which means he somehow knew my both login and the password, as the first activity from hi IP is to change the email address, and the second activity is the password change. OR there is some other way to request the e-mail change, without being logged into the account.

Here nothing. Everything will be said between you and support via email. As for the question of steps: activate the Two Step Authentication.

As a side question - do you think it is possible to retrieve all my transmog items I have been storing in my bank for months and this person most probably just vendored?
