realm transfer problem

hello staff

the icecrown server is full and theres a long lonnggg que time when me and my girlfriend are trying to play during night time here.....so we want to transfer our characters to lordaeron realm.

The problem is we cannot find the button to do that. we have seen the tutorial but the button is missing. can someone please help us??
( i have a paladin level 14 and she is a mage level 14)

You won't be able to transfer from a server with x7 rates to a x1 one.
