Technical My account was robbed!

Hello, few days ago I've tryied to login in my account and realised that my account was stolen. I was unable to recover my password, because somehow my email was changed, so i've sent an email to info@warmane.com describing my issue and they managed to change my email to alternate one so i was able to reset my password. So far so god. I got the bad news when i actually logged in game and saw that all my valuables and gold are missing. Also i was in some Pornstarz guild. I have their IP address from my account panel in the website - Last seen: 13 hours ago from 212.129.85.235, it seems to be some Irish ISP. I doubt that i will get my stuff back or that i will be compensated, but i hope that warmane staff will take proper actions, because i saw in the forum other posts like mine, which means their database got hacked and god knows how many people will suffer from that.

you can clearly see that on 27th of march someone is changing my password and my email and you can see all the IP's

Enable two step authentication and you can get back items you bought for coins. Everything else is forfeit and your involvement is finished. Meaning, you will never know if that IP is banned or it was a scammers network or anything about investigation(if there is any).

My ticket is being "forwarded to appropriate staff members" since last years December with no conclusion, I didn't get even "haa rekt scrub, enable 2 step and take care of your own ****". So GL mate.

Enable your 2FA and don't use someone else's email or whatever it is you're doing. They can request resets all they want if they go to your email.
