Hello , i saw the guy who earned achievement "hand of a'dal" like 10-11 months ago . But,thats nothing , i saw the guy who earned achievement for realm first leatherworking 6 months ago. I am talking about Icecrown realm . How is that possible ? I did whole chain for hand of a'dal 2 years ago and i didnt get achievement.

There are 2 versions of quest "The Vials of Eternity". The old one is no longer available after server core change a few years ago. To get the achievement, you need old version of the quest but you can't get it anymore. I still had that quest in my quest log so I was able to complete it and get the achievement.

And about the realm first one, the char that originally had that achv could of been caught in an inactivity clean up and hence made the achv available again.
