Technical Donate/Gifting

Hello, so I have a friend who wanna play on Outland server, and buy a low priced character on the market. However, since the donation button is taken down due to maintence, and the only way he then can get coins is to wait 3 days if I gift them to him.

Now, I have a simple question/request, can one of the staff members, perhaps send him the desired coins I wanna gift him, and give it to him instantly, so both him and I dont have to wait to play together?

Does that mean I can donate do Icecrown aswell? because im also strugling t donate. ive been in the qeue for like 3 years and now i can finaly donate the thing dont work...
